Introduction

AFI Park Brasov is a mixed-use development that brings together the largest mall in the city, AFI Brasov (45,000 sqm GLA) and two Class A office buildings, constructed in phases directly above the shopping center. AFI Park Brasov 2, the second office building comprises an additional 12,000 sqm GLA across the ground floor and seven upper floors, currently under development.
