Landmark A

Introduction

Landmark A is a 40-story Class-A office tower in central Tel Aviv (Sarona). It features a 160 m-high atrium split into two wings, connected by broad floating walkways that allow natural light and airflow. The building is LEED Platinum certified, highlighting its commitment to green building standards. It was awarded two CTBUH Awards of Excellence (2025), one for “Best Tall Building – Middle East & Africa” and another for “Best Interior Space.” It was also recognized by the Engineers Association for “Outstanding Building Project.”
