AFI City Commercial Center

Introduction

AFI City Bucureștii Noi was officially inaugurated in November 2022 and is a modern small scale shopping center with approximately 4,500 sqm of leasable area (GLA), located next to the AFI City residential complex.
AFI City Bucureștii Noi is spread over two floors (ground floor and first floor) and benefits from an excellent location right in front of Laminorului metro station. Visitors have easy access to a supermarket, fitness center, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants, and a dedicated service area, along with a wide variety of shops that complete the shopping experience. The project also hosts the first Clever Fit fitness club in Romania, spread over 1,400 sqm of GLA.
