Introduction
AFI City – A Modern High-Rise Building with a Unique Air Virus Elimination System An office building designed by the architectural studio CMC Architects. It is a high-rise with 19 above-ground and 3 underground floors, offering a total leasable area of 17,277 square meters. The building provides flexible solutions for demanding tenants seeking modern office spaces that incorporate the latest technologies, distinctive architecture, and a location in a dynamically developing area within easy reach of the city center. Each floor can be leased as a whole (approximately 900 square meters) or divided into two separate units. AFI City features an air purification system based on ionization technology from Global Plasma Solutions, capable of eliminating up to 99.8% of all harmful viruses, including SARS-CoV-2. The system uses NPBI (Needle Point Bi-Polar Ionization) technology, ensuring continuous air protection.
