We have been operating in the Czech Republic since 1997, during which time we have completed a number of successful projects: the shopping centres Palác Flora and AFI Palác Pardubice, the residential complexes Korunní Dvůr, Tulipa Rokytka, Tulipa Modřanská rokle and Tulipa City, and the logistics park D8 European Park.

We currently manage a portfolio of nine commercial and residential properties, with a strong focus on long-term leasing and active asset management. In the office segment, we operate the administrative complexes AFI Karlín, AFI Vokovice, AFI City, Classic 7 Business Park and Avenir Business Park. In mid-2026, we will also take over Port7 in Prague’s Holešovice, which we acquired in December 2025. In the rental housing sector, we operate four successful residential projects in Prague under the AFI Home brand – located in Karlín, Třebešín and Vysočany – with a total capacity of nearly 900 apartments and units, and a further 1,100 apartments currently in preparation.
