Złota 83 is a model example of sustainable urban renewal through adaptive reuse.
Rather than building from scratch, AFI Poland chose to restore and repurpose a historic 19th-century tenement house, preserving its architectural identity while introducing modern, energy-efficient systems and sustainable materials. This approach minimized construction waste and carbon footprint, extending the building’s life cycle by decades. The project reflects AFI's broader sustainability strategy — focusing on the responsible transformation of existing urban fabric and creating spaces that connect heritage with contemporary living standards.
