Since 2001, AFI Poland has been a frontrunner in sustainable real estate development, currently holding the two highest BREEAM-rated buildings in Poland – V.Offices in Kraków (BREEAM Outstanding 98.2%) and Office House in Warsaw (BREEAM Outstanding 97.8%).

AFI Poland’s core focus remains on the Private Rented Sector (PRS), while the company is also actively expanding its office portfolio. To date, AFI Poland manages nearly 2,200 residential units within the PRS model and continues to strengthen its position in this rapidly growing segment.

At the same time, AFI Poland is a key partner in the Towarowa 22 development in Warsaw, where it holds a 70% stake. The project’s first office building, Office House, received its occupancy permit in spring 2025 and is now home to its first tenants.
